Lil Miss Beef Ribs
What to look for when buying ribs?  Look for ribs that are very meaty, of course.  We used some ribs the other night that were Bone-in Beef back ribs.  There will be fat on them and you want some of that to help it cook.  Now here is the ingredients and recipe.
Ingredients
Ribs – You can plan on each family member eating 2-3 ribs each.
3 tablespoons each of: Brown Sugar, paprika, Italian seasoning, all purpose championship seasoning, garlic powder, basil.
Salt and pepper
Your favorite BBQ sauce.

Recipe
Take the ribs out of the packaging and rinse thoroughly.  If there is excess fat, you may trim it off.  However, you do want to leave some of the fat on the ribs to cook.  Place the ribs in a casserole dish or baking pan that the ribs will fit into.
Sprinkle the brown sugar all over the ribs and then rub it into the meat on both sides.
Mix in a bowl the other dry ingredients.
After mixing this together well, drizzle liberally all over the ribs and then rub into the meat.  Do this on the second side as well.  Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Put your oven on 250 degrees and cook for about 4 and a half hours.  Then pull the ribs out and pour your choice of BBQ sauce on the top.  Replace in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 more minutes.
The meat of the ribs will fall off the bone when done.  This is the start of a great meal!

Hey! Let us know how you liked it!
