Lil Miss Chili

Ingredients

1 lb ground sausage
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1 large onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
½ to 1 garlic diced
1 or 2 cans of black beans
1 can of chili beans
16 oz can of dice tomatoes
1 package of Williams chili mix (whatever brand you prefer)
1 table spoon of
Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  (If needed)

8 oz of Cheese
1 bag of corn chips

In large skillet, brown sausage and beef until almost done. Then add Extra Virgin Olive Oil (If needed), garlic, diced onion, and green bell pepper.  Sauté until done. (Salt and black pepper if desire)

In large deep stew pot, combine diced tomatoes, beans and chili mix. Stir until well blended.  Bring to a boil.  Then add all meat and ingredients from the skillet.  Stir and let cook for about 10 more minutes until well blended.

In bowl place corn chips, cheese, add chili and top with cheese and chopped onion and enjoy!

This is some awesome chili!
The Parson love it!
